Project Atlantic Vortex
model 1.00 called "SPM-1" for Storm Prediction Model was developed before
the PAV Team was founded.
This DOS environmental software
was programmed by Benjamin Boyrard and by Philip Huggins back in 1998.
It is an improved version
of the PAV ver 1.00.
It regroups several functions
or what we call modules: Intensity Module, Track Module, Information Module,
...etc.
