PAV ver 1.00 (1997) was programmed in 1997 by Benjamin Boyrard, using Microsoft Q-BASIC that was avalaible with MS-DOS 6.00. It was served to calculate wind gust, cyclone motion speed, pressure, storm surge, rainfall potential and distance from St Martin.
